Questions we get asked first
Do my members need to download anything?
No. Their pass and their booking are just web pages on their own phone. You check people in from your browser too — any phone camera works.
Why do I have to ask for an invite?
We're letting clubs in a few at a time so we can help each one get set up properly. Tell us about yours and we'll usually come back within a couple of days.
What happens if a session fills up?
The next person joins a waiting list. If someone drops out, they're in — automatically, and they're told straight away. You don't have to watch it.
Do I need email set up to add my helpers?
No. You get a link. Send it however you already talk to them — WhatsApp, Telegram, in person.
Can other clubs see my members?
No. Your list is yours alone. The only thing anyone outside sees is the page you choose to publish.
