Connect the bot
- 1Create a bot with @BotFather in Telegram and copy its token.
- 2Paste the token in Settings β Telegram and save.
- 3We validate it, register the webhook, and publish the slash-command menu automatically.
What members can do in a DM

| /join | A link to request membership. |
| /card | Their own membership card (members only). |

| /faq | Browse FAQs β or ask a question in plain language. |

Free-text questions in a DM are answered automatically from your FAQs. Anything the bot can't answer stays in your inbox for a human reply.
Group management
- Add the bot to your community group as an admin β it connects to your club automatically.
- New members are welcomed and recorded in People.
- Join requests are logged as applicants; approving the applicant in the console approves their Telegram request too.
- Broadcast announcements to the group from Settings.
Replies are bilingual β the bot answers in Arabic to members whose Telegram language is Arabic.
