Members and contacts don't need an account at all. They interact through your public page, the RSVP flow, their membership card link, and whichever channels you've opened.
Bringing somebody in
You invite a helper with a link rather than by creating an account for them. They open it, set their own password, and arrive with the role you chose β so there is no shared password, nothing to hand over, and nothing to take back later.
- The link works whether or not you have email set up β copy it and send it however you like.
- It lasts fourteen days, so a link that gets forwarded on goes stale rather than staying open.
- Each helper signs in as themselves, which is what makes the activity log worth reading.
- Change somebody's role, or remove them, at any time from the same page.
