Invites & access
Why you have to ask, and what happens after you do.
IHGIZ Club is invite-only for now. We'd rather help a handful of clubs get properly set up than let a thousand sign up and struggle alone, so every request is read by a person before an account exists.
What we ask for
- Your name and email β where the invite goes. Nothing is added to a mailing list.
- What your community is called, roughly how big it is, and what kind it is.
- Anything you'd like us to know. Optional, and the part we actually read.
We also record the browser and network details of the request itself β the address it came from, the browser, the page that referred you. That's standard practice for a public form, and we use it for one thing: telling real communities apart from bots.
What happens next
| Outcome | What you'll see |
|---|---|
| Approved | An email with a link that sets up your account. It's yours alone and lasts 14 days. |
| Needs more | An email explaining what's missing. Update your request and send it straight back β same request, no starting over. |
| Not right now | We'll tell you access isn't available. Your details aren't kept in a queue. |
Save the link you get after submitting. It's the page that shows where your request has got to, and it's where you amend it if we come back with a question.
