Membership tiers & renewals
What membership costs, how long it lasts, and who is about to lapse.
A tier says what one kind of membership costs to join, what it costs to keep, and how often it renews. Define them under Membership; the ones you mark public can be shown on your own page with a Membership block, and offered on your join form.
Expiry and renewal
- A member's expiry date is what you have granted them. Renewing extends from that date when it is still ahead, so renewing early never costs somebody days they already paid for.
- Anyone within 30 days of expiry β or already past it β appears under Membership as due for renewal.
- If the scheduler is configured, members are told automatically at 30 days, 7 days, and on the day. Nothing is sent after expiry.
- Deleting a tier never deletes the people who held it. They keep their membership and lose the label.
