Announcements
Write once, send to an audience you choose, by email and Telegram.
Announcements are the club talking to its own people. Write the message once β in English, Arabic, or both β pick who it goes to, and it is delivered by email and by Telegram to whoever you can reach on each.
Choosing an audience
- All members, or a status β leads, applicants, members, lapsed, guests.
- A membership tier, so you can write to one group about their own renewal.
- A tag, which is whatever your club uses tags for.
- Everyone booked onto a particular event.
The recipient count shown while you write is produced by the same code that does the send, so it cannot promise an audience the send will not deliver to. A half-chosen audience matches nobody rather than everybody.
Who actually receives it
- Somebody who stated a preferred channel gets that channel and no other. If they asked to be phoned, they are reported as unreachable rather than quietly emailed.
- Anyone who has opted out of announcements is skipped. Transactional messages β a ticket, an approval, a receipt β are never suppressed by that opt-out.
- Every announcement email carries the recipient's own member link, which is where they change their mind.
- The history records what was sent, to how many, and how many were actually reached on each channel β not just what was attempted.
